Prepare your business and people for COVID-19 situation

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, more and more countries are locked down, we recognize our responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees, clients, partners and communities above all. After careful consideration, we’ve decided to strongly encourage our employees around the globe to work from home. There will be no offline events. In March and April we’ll be trying out new online experiences, sessions and educational programs.

We believe that If do our part, we can help lower risks for everyone. We can save lives. Here are some precautions Sibedge has taken and that might be useful for your company as well:
  • In our company everyone has a remote work experience, it is part of our culture
  • Prepare everything for going fully remote and ask everyone if they have everything needed including RDP, VPN, sufficient internet connection.
  • Have enough hand sanitizers in your office, constantly disinfect shared space and workplaces.
  • Cancel business travel and corporate offline events around the globe. In case your employees return from a business trip, they should be tested for COVID-19 and not visit the office before receiving the results and/or during 14 days after the trip.
  • Move all job interviews online, limit number of people who access your office.
  • Remember panic does damage, get calm and keep your employees informed about changes. Make your decisions based on mutual trust and continue your work as usual!
